1. Definitions & Introduction

This document serves as a legally binding agreement between lu89 ("Company", "we", "us") and every individual who uses its platform ("user", "you"). lu89 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

As used in these terms, "Platform" refers to the https://lu89.lat website and all services and applications connected to it. "Services" refers to all online games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment services provided by lu89.

2. Service Eligibility

• Employees, directors, representatives of lu89, or their family members are not eligible to use this service.

Opening an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access to the Platform is strictly prohibited. lu89 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may request appropriate documentation.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information gives lu89 the right to close the account and void any winnings.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to lu89 immediately. lu89 is not liable for transactions carried out by third parties unless our own negligence is proven.

3.4 KYC Verification

lu89 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. This may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

lu89 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Payments are not accepted or sent through any channel outside of these methods.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required in cases involving KYC verification or unusual transactions.

4.4 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. lu89 does not provide tax advice.

4.5 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are permitted on your account. Using third-party payment methods or another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple people from the same household or the same IP address claiming bonus benefits is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, lu89 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
• lu89 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

lu89 uses fair play principles and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game outcomes are completely unbiased and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any automation tools.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in the Platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect bonus or winnings amount is paid out due to a server or software error, lu89 retains the full right to correct it. Funds gained as a result of such errors will not be considered valid winnings.

6.4 Betting Limits

lu89 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and markets. These limits may change at any time and will be displayed in the interface of each game.

7. Responsible Gaming

lu89 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming should be purely for entertainment and should not cause anyone financial or mental harm.

• You may request deposit limits, session time limits, or a self-exclusion on your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

lu89 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues arising from errors in software provided by third-party game suppliers.
• Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
• The need to suspend services due to applicable laws or regulations.

In no event shall lu89's total liability exceed the total amount you deposited on the Platform in the 30 days prior to the incident in question.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by lu89

lu89 may suspend or close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Providing false identification or information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support by email. Any remaining balance will be returned after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

12. Changes to Terms

lu89 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after a change to the terms will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. If a dispute arises, an amicable resolution must first be attempted through lu89 support.

If resolution through support is not possible, the dispute will be settled through a recognized international arbitration process. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
